Summoning with palate pleasers in a vibrant setting, Októ awaits.
Chef Yotam Dolev, known for his craft at Hamsa, will move to Októ to oversee the kitchen.
Mediterranean cuisine comes to life at the newly opened restaurant Októ, perched prominently in Montrose Collective. What to expect at this buzzy new spot? The sumptuous menu includes a variety of traditional cuisine, including eggplant carpaccio, branzino, and filet mignon, among other mouthwatering fare. Marrying a fun mix to the flavor profiles is the buzzy ambiance in the 4,200 square-foot space. “Októ is a celebration of flavors and warm hospitality in a vibrant yet intimate, beautifully designed space,” shares co-owner Itae Ben Eli, who, along with his partner Itamar Levy, recently debuted their fourth culinary concept. “We honor the rich traditions of the Mediterranean in a modern setting, bringing the essence of the sun and sea to every plate.” 888 Westheimer Rd.
