Constantly curating awe-inspiring exhibitions and hosting creative conversations, The Menil Collection again soars to new heights with its latest exhibition, Tacita Dean: Blind Folly, which debuts on Friday, October 11. Marking its premiere museum survey of the storied artist in the U.S., it’s undoubtedly not to be missed. “Over the past seven years, during multiple visits to the Menil, Tacita and curator Michelle White have developed an extraordinarily beautiful and thought-provoking exhibition,” shares Rebecca Rabinow, director of The Menil Collection. “I am particularly intrigued by the many ways Tacita has drawn inspiration from Menil’s permanent collection and green spaces, as well as from Houston more generally.” Running through April 19, the exhibition hosts myriad works, including the artist’s massive blackboard drawings, 16mm films and much more.
