Perched prominently in the heart of the buzzy Montrose neighborhood sits Little’s Oyster Bar—Pappas Restaurants’ latest seafood concept. Since opening its doors earlier this summer, this new eatery has been the talk of the town among foodies and fellow seafood lovers. Executive chef, Jason Ryczek has carefully curated an authentic menu for his discerning guests. “I pay respect to the ingredients I have and let them shine,” shares Ryczek. “As we lean on ingredients outside the Gulf, we’re looking for sustainability and proper sourcing just as we do in our own waters so we can leave the ocean a better place.” Offering a rotating selection of oysters, shrimp, lobster and more, Little’s Oyster Bar has a wide selection of decadent fare and palette-pleasing dishes for all to enjoy. 3001 South Shepherd Dr.
