Now a recognized figure as a woman’s empowerment leader and woman’s health activist certified by The National Academy of Sport Medicine, I can tell you firsthand that I have learned many valuable lessons along the way.
Through educating others on the importance of self-love which runs parallel to self-care (ideas which I had personally struggled with most of my life until a few years ago), I’ve learned how critical these values are to living at our fullest potential—physically, spiritually and mentally.
These ideas—now firmly instilled—shape my life and have helped me rebuild a healthy relationship with myself and the world around me.
