Former left back Michael Chabala brings the frenetic energy of his pro soccer days to a new, exclusive training program at the Four Seasons. The class, based on his previous training regimen, includes 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training, 15 minutes of fat-burning medicine ball exercises, and full access to the Four Seasons spa, gym and pool deck facilities. Because of his on-the-go lifestyle as an athlete and entrepreneur, Chabala has to keep things simple. A natural hairstyle, an appetite for forward motion and daily green juices keep him going throughout the day.
