Jacob Sudhoff
This past fall, Douglas Elliman, the nation’s second-largest independent residential real estate brokerage company by sales volume, announced that it entered into a joint venture with Houston-based real estate marketing and sales company Sudhoff Companies. Sudhoff Companies, of course, was founded by Jacob Sudhoff in 2010. The team-up named 39-year-old Sudhoff the CEO of Douglas Elliman Texas. “The past year has been full of amazing changes,” says Sudhoff, who welcomed his first child in 2019. The man of many hats pays special attention to his wardrobe, though minimalistic, and his closet contains names like Hermès, Cartier and Etro. He sounds off on his no-nonsense style below.
