Hotel Granduca debuts its highly-anticipated new look. First stop? The hotel’s new restaurant, Remi.

Glitz and glam await at Houston’s iconic Hotel Granduca. Having recently undergone a multimillion- dollar renovation, the hotel is back in business and, we must say, looking rather fabulous. “This transformation honors the history and charm that have made Hotel Granduca a beloved destination while introducing a fresh vision that speaks to today’s discerning traveler,” notes Thomas Duncan, managing partner of Transwestern Hospitality Group. “Our goal was to create a refined yet inviting atmosphere where guests feel at home.” The new culinary offering from the hotel, Remi, exudes its signature European je ne sais quoi. Led by Episcope Hospitality and David Morton, the casual fine-dining eatery features decadent fare, including steak tartare, rigatoni bolognese, pesto caserecci and so much more. Settle in for a sumptuous dining experience, or grab a spot at the bar for martinis and truffle fries—the ultimate chef ’s kiss. 1080 Uptown Park Blvd.
