The holidays are speedily approaching! While you’re likely still reeling from the stress of Thanksgiving festivities, take the upcoming season off from cooking and leave it to Houston’s numerous luxe restaurants. We’ve rounded up the absolute best restaurants for dining out this Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and will continue to update this list as the holiday approaches.

Spend Christmas Eve at B&B Butchers for brunch or dinner. Served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The regular brunch menu will be available, while dinner will be served from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and feature holiday classics, with specific menu items still to be announced. Carolers will be spreading cheer at the restaurant from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Reservations can be made here.
Rather eat in your home? The popular restaurant is also offering a holiday to-go menu, ready for pick-up within two days of placing your order. Choose from beef wellington, roasted prime rib, filet mignon, smoked ham, pork crown roast, and a slew of classic sides, pies and hors d’Oeuvres. Orders can be placed here.

Head to Kin Dee for a Thai-inspired holiday menu, available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Highlights include roasted duck breast panang, shrimp tom yum, northern curry, and a brand new dish from chef Miranda Loetkhamfu called tiger cry salad, made with sliced steak, shallots, green onion, cilantro, fresh basil, roasted rice, tamarind sauce and cucumber on the side. Head to Le Jardinier for a luxe five-course tasting menu this Christmas Eve. Guests will start off the evening with an optional caviar spread and an amuse bouche of foie gras royale with pumpkin emulsion and red port reduction. The following four courses will feature highlights like burrata, chestnut ravioli, poached Maine lobster and braised beef short ribs. For dessert, enjoy a buche de noel chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline and lemon jam. The meal is priced at $175 per person. Reservations can be made here.

Enjoy a hearty meal from Perry’s Steakhouse either in the restaurant or in the comfort of your home this Christmas Eve. The three-course prix fixe menu offers guests many choices for each course, with highlights like lobster bisque, Perry’s famous pork chop, chargrilled salmon and spaghetti squash primavera. For dessert, choose between pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate crunch cake, and a flourless chocolate fudge cake. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will be priced at $65 per person before 5:30 p.m. and $75 per person from 5:45 p.m. to close. Reservations can be made here. For dessert, indulge in a chocolatey gianduja torte served with whipped cream and toasted hazelnuts.
