OKA was founded in 1999 by three décor-obsessed, enterprising women, keen on bringing unique designs from the Far East to shoppers in the West: Lady Annabel Astor, Sue Jones and Lucinda Waterhouse.Born out of a desire to offer something different and unexpected, OKA remains a treasure trove of unusual finds and statement pieces, perfect for adding the finishing touches or a dash of drama.


For more than 20 years, OKA has become a destination for interiors enthusiasts, season after season. A proud sponsor of this year's Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach, OKA is honored to support Kips Bay and local charities included in the beautiful designs of beautiful designs of Beth Diana Smith, Amanda Reynal, Peter Pennoyer Architects and Alecia Johnson and a host of other top-tier designers dedicating their time and talent to this terrific cause. From whimsical indoor-outdoor spaces to an elevated twist to traditional design, the entire showhouse is a brilliant display of stunning design that will leave you wanting to escape to all year long.

In 2021, OKA crossed the pond to open its first US store,located in Houston’s upper Kirby neighborhood at 3461 West Alabama St, followed by a second OKA Dallas location nestled in the Knox/Henderson design community. This fall, OKA is thrilled to bring their love affair of living well to Westport, Connecticut.
