Honoring Katy’s rich history of rice farming, MKT Distillery prides itself on educating visitors about Katy’s role in the production of craft liquors and utilizing local ingredients. Locally-grown rice is used in the brand’s brews, except for its corn-based vodka. In the on-site tasting room, guests are invited to tour the facilities and taste the whiskeys, crafted into cocktails or served straight. The bar is open all week except for Mondays and bottle sales are available from Mondays to Saturdays.
