The Cosmo, of course. This delicious drink features citrus vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and garnish with an LME twist. We’ll take two, please!

If you’re wondering where Houston’s “it” crowd will be hanging this season, look no further than the River Oaks eatery, Ciel. A first-to-market concept, the restaurant and lounge effortlessly intertwine an innovative mix of Japanese and French cuisines with live entertainment, a design-centric backdrop and delicious drinks. To start the night off right, we recommend sipping on the Lychee Cosmo with Ketel One vodka, St. Germain, Lychee, cranberry and lemon.

Did someone say sugar? This oh-so-sweet speakeasy—fit with an upscale lounge and 2,0000-square-foot outdoor patio—is the perfect place to end your night. While there’s not an official Cosmo on their cocktail menu, there is one drink that provides a fresh take on the classic drink. Dubbed the Rose Colored Glasses, this signature cocktail mixes together vodka, cranberry, rose, hibiscus and citrus. Need we say more?
