Artisan coffee connoisseur David Buehrer, owner of Greenway Coffee Company and Morningstar, recently debuted Tropicales in Southampton near Rice Village with several partners. The crisp new interiors by architect Michael Hsu and his design team resonate a breezy vacation vibe, and the Latin-inspired menu is just as tropical. Think an all-day breakfast menu curated by fellow operating partner and Culinary Director Carlos Ballon, lunches of salmon ceviche and entrees like chicken taquitos with blue corn tortillas.
