A little over four years ago, after Megan Cushing (@meganmcushing) had her second child with hubby and former pro footballer (and current Texans assistant strength and conditioning coach) Brian Cushing, she made a decision: “I had always been very active,” says the former college soccer star and NCAA national champion. “But I [decided to] truly make health and wellness a lifestyle.” Since, the mom of two has documented her wellness journey via her well-followed social media platforms.
