The dinner courses prepared by Executive Chef/Owner Lance Fegen, with beer pairings by Josh Samples. Course 1: Summer Pils with PEI Mussels, Spring Onions, Tasso Ham, Blistered Tomatoes, Butter. Course 2: Brown Ale with Backyard BBQ'd Chicken Thighs, Thick & Sweet Sauce, Avocado-Blue Cheese Slaw. Course 3: Endeavour Double IPA with Mustard Roasted Rack of Berkshire Pork, Smashed-Griddled New Potatoes, Roasted Black Grape-Cream Jus. Course 4: Divine Reserve #10 (Barley Wine) with Gingered Texas Black-Blue Berry Crisp. Vanilla Ice Cream.

WHO BRC Gastropub will be hosting a unique four-course beer dinner featuring an exclusive menu paired with beers from Saint Arnold's Brewery. Meet Brock Wagner, Founder of Saint Arnold's Brewery.

COST/PURCHASE TICKETS The pairing dinner is $65 plus tax and gratuity for four courses and glassware. This will not be a single seating event but will be going on all evening so make a reservation at the time that suits you best. You can make reservations over the phone or via Open Table and note that it is for the Saint Arnold dinner.
