What is one thing you do to maintain mental well-being? Positive affirmations. When I was getting ready for fights, I would write down positive things about myself and my capabilities and say them throughout the day.

Every day I practice self-care by doing stretching and breathing exercises. In Western civilization, these are two things we don’t give enough credence to.
