If you’re a Houston SoulCycle (soul-cycle.com) devotee, you know Cat Moran Ayeni (or Cat G.), a senior instructor and instructor development officer for Texas SoulCyle. Her always-waitlisted classes are, well, transformative, with fellow riders often cheering, singing along and leaving feeling motivated—and sweaty. Off the bike, Moran Ayeni is a full-time attorney, new mom, Lululemon ambassador, and, through YES Prep ISD, recently founded a mentorship and scholarship program for underserved area youth. Her advice for making a difference: “Figure out where the need is, what resources you have and how to lean into every opportunity, no matter how small.” Here is Moran Ayeni’s ultimate girl power playlist.
