Houston’s most fashionable flocked to the Bayou City Event Center for Be An Angel’s 7th Annual Purse Bingo, sponsored by CenterPoint Energy. Be An Angel sets out to improve the quality of life for children with special needs by providing adaptive equipment, hearing devices, select services and support programs.
Executive director Marti Boone welcomed guests, and Jessica Forsdick served as this year’s chairman. George Lindsey from 100.3 “The Bull” took over as emcee, and Sean Pendergast with 610 Sports Radio got the party started as the ultimate Texas bingo caller.
It was a true stylish soiree, as winners were offered a variety of handbags from Coach, Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton and more. The event also welcomed over 20 fashion retailers to the scene, and guests had the opportunity to shop from an array of products ranging from hats and scarves to homemade salsas and baked goods. The best part yet? The bonus raffle included standout winnings like a custom western hat, rodeo tickets, handmade boots and much, much more.
