Movement is medicine, and we need it these days more than ever. Check out these Houston-area workouts you can stream in the safety of your own home.
1. The Atrium
Guided Ashtanga, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Meditation—you name it—The Atrium is livestreaming its full schedule of classes at least twice a day via Zoom. New students can get unlimited access to all classes for 30 days ($40), or drop into a single class ($20). theatriumyogastudio.com
2. Citizen Pilates
This Heights studio is livestreaming 30-minute full-body Sweat Sesh workouts four times a week. All classes are free, and you can sign up on the Citizen app or website to get notified when the workouts are going live. 3. Control Studios

4. DEFINE Body

5. The League Houston
The League Houston is offering online workouts on its app, TerrytheTrainer. Everyone who downloads the app gets to bypass a subscription and gains free access to content via a newly added tab called “The Living Room.” Expect virtual home workouts (no gear required), weekly mindset coaching modules, weekly meal-prep recipes (grocery list included), monthly video-guided virtual cooking classes and bonus courses like a “Clean Eating Crash Course.” Workouts are also posted on their Instagram (@theleaguehtx). packtraining.com
6. Life Time Fitness
Stream your favorite Life Time cardio, strength and yoga classes from your living room, deck, backyard or wherever you so please. New classes are added every day, along with other wellness tips like smoothie recipes and nutrition advice. my.lifetime.life
7. The Preserve
